I played 6k hands of NL50. I 4 or 3-table them and my winrate is now 12 dollars/hour. This is roughly 3-4 dollars/table/hour, which is roughly 10BB/table/100 hands. My bankroll is now 1650 dollars.

When to move up to NL100???

Firstly, I want to have 2300 dollars in my roll. This gives me the possibility to move back to NL50 in case I lose so much that I be down to below 2000 dollars and secondly, I want to play 10k hands NL 50 to be sure that my results are stable. My standard deviation is pretty low so I am not sure if this is too conservative.

Your situation almost mirrors my own exactly. Only difference, I plan to hop onto a $100NL game for 1 session once my BR hits $1900 just to get my feet wet. I will then stay at $50NL until my BR hits $2200 and then attempt the move permanently. If I dip below $2000, back to the $50s. GL to you, and you should post your results/observations as you make the move.
