What types of games are you guys playing to increase your bankroll?
sng, MTT or Cash games?

I have only been playing poker for a short while and DO NOT want to lose money. I know I wll lose some, but want to keep it to a min.

also, what sites are the most fish at? ok so maybe I am still a little fishy.., maybe a lot. LOL

Anyway, didnt know how long I should practice on the freerolls and with play money before hitting the tables for Money. I would sure love to make some extra money and maybe some day go semi-pro.

Thanks Guys for any Help and Advise.

I played 300+ $5 SnG's to start ( Limit aand NL).

The other options are micro-stake ring games or heads-up SnG's for small stakes.

You should make sure that you have 20x the buy-in if you are playing NL Ring (though I use 40x) and at least 20x the buy-in for SnG's.

HU SnG's probably have lowest risk of ruin if you have any clue how to play heads-up, but your money will build slowly.

If you are prone to aggressive tilting then SnG''s are safer as your are risking less and pushing is often the right thing to do anyway.

Rimng is probably the fastest way to build up but is more risky - make sure you start at micro-limts and build up - alternatively you can use a short stack buy-in strategy to build a roll on the lower stake tables in relative safety..

MTT are really out as the variation is so high you can't guarantee the building of your bankroll.
