Thanks BKAZ for the reply, I am using pokertracker and I will post them later on for suggestions, but for now i will try and stay aggressive on a smaller level. I am also trying to read as much that I can to learn.

I don't know how long a bad streak generally is, but it seems only logical that one way to smooth them out is to multitable. If you play 1k hands you're a lot more likely to deviate from your standard result than if you play 4k hands.

Also, I don't think people outside of Sweden understands 'ggr', try "20x the blinds" instead

18 holes of golf + good sushi or oysters on the half shell > losing streaks.

Whatever ggr is it looks like you have lost ca. 93% of your bankroll. If this is the case then you probably need to seriously reevaluate your playing style (ie. what hands are you playing and in what position). If you are playing limit holdem then read over my thread on How to beat Low limit Holdem in the Limit Section. I think it will probably help you stop the bleeding and get you back on the right track. The things that I did was first back down a couple of levels and started to play shorter periods with longer breaks between these sessions. The main issue was that my patience did not last longer than 2 hours of playing (I need to train this), after these hours I started to play badly making stupid mistakes and so forth, but I am fairly new to poker so I am learning to really to stick with my play without bigger changes and not loose my patience.

100BB downswings unfortunately happen from time to time, and every once in a great while you'll likely have an even bigger one. Just do your best to play your A game, and don't play when you can't.

My worst downswing was 28 buyins (on the old Party $25's = $700) or 1400 BB (700 PTBB) !!

I lost $180 on the NL $100's last night (or 180 BB) - that's less than 2 buy-ins and is a bad night but not that unsual (one set over set mainly).

Why is a 90BB downswing 'madness' - it's just a tiny blip - I wiouldn't start calling anything a downswing until it's at least 4 buy-ins or 400BB...
