basically to reduce tilt u need to be able to end session as soon as u realize that you are going to play below your B game...i had several sessions which ended in 14 mins or less(with waiting for tables and posting blinds that was less than 100 hands)
So..what i suggest is that u first focus on reducing all of the "stupid mistakes" which are basically moves/calls that make no sense that you would never make after reviewing your hand..its calling small bets on river with almost no chance of winning, not being able to fold anywhere from 30-60% of stack when river hits flush or something(he pushes and u cant fold), chasing draws without odds and implied odds, making loose preflop calls(90% people are making that mistake, expecially now where in some sites fish are fewer so your postflop edge is not as great as before), and then focus on increasing your MT ratio to 6+
I started by playing 4 tables and after 2 weeks moved immiediately to 6 and 8 tables of first FR then 6max..when u get to that, focus more on reads and value extraction..but i find the first goal the most important one, which is basically discipline to not tilt and reduce number of ABC mistakes..with first 2 goals reached u can beat all limits up to middle stakes(100-200$ NL) well and then u need to focus more on developing/broadening your game and learning to manipulate weak opponents(induce bluffs or such)...Its not easy, ive made a thread 5 months ago how to get 50$ a hr and got few good inputs(yes.. some ppl made a joke of me

But u must note that hard work does not include playing 15 hrs a day but thinking about every play u make while playing and afterwards analysing it
Im right now 8 tabling 6max 100$, 60k hands at 4ptbb, last 30k with 6.25ptbb
its all matter of effort and discipline..yes i know we always oversimplyfy it..like everyone can beat this game..if same was true for wallstreet, spotsbetting, forex whole would would be rich and yet for some reasons, similary to poker there are 90% losing players(in forex and sportsbetting) since poker is like those two, a zero sum game
i see u are playing on 50$ NL..i started playing there after 3 months of serious 25$ NL grinding(circa 200K hands), played abou t20k hands on 50s and since i had enough experience at 25$NL i moved to 100$ NL..basically u have a small bankroll, i suggest u bonuswhore it at 10/25$ NL to 1200$+ and only then move to 50$ NL..
To summarize, there are a lot of wannabe pros as above posters have mentioned, but for me getting to 200$ NL is almost(it is actually) being a pro if u put in 100-140 hrs a month since with sound MT ratio u can make anywhere from 80-150$ a hr
