A utility bill (e.g. an electricity bill) or a paper bank statement displaying your name and address that has been issued within the last 3 months – unfortunately we cannot accept online bank statements
Upgrading your account can take up to 7 business days from the time we receive your documents. We assure you, it’s worth the wait!
