Actually you will know as soon as you try to create the new account. If their software finds on your computer that you already have an account by a different name, it just won't let you create the new one. But by creating the new user account, and then cleaning your registry, Windows XP seems to be able to make it look as though you are installing from a different computer or at least one that doesn't have a party network account yet. I don't claim to know all the ins and outs of how it works, I just know that it worked for me and has worked for lots of others and is a viable way to try it before you go looking for a computer elsewhere to sign up from. Basically if you are worried about violating T&C's then you probably shouldn't be looking to do it in the first place right? If you still want to try it but are still apprehensive, make a minimum deposit play a day or 2 and then withdraw. If by some chance your worst fears come true, then you have lost only a small amount of money and any winnings that you may have accumulated with that money. But I can tell you from my own experience that I did this with Empire after already having a Party Poker account and have cleared 2 $100 bonuses and cashed them out with no problem whatsoever. All within the span of one week.
