He could have A6 or A4 tough and u sucked out with that last T. He could have a flopped set too. If u think that he would raise any A then the reraise is okay.
But if he is a good thinking player then u should probably just call down. Because a thinkg player would put u on AK-AJ or AA-TT with that raise from the small blind. And a turn raise would only get u to fold KK-JJ (hands he craves calls the river too).
If on the other hand he often raises turn with nothing on a stone cold bluff then u should call down because u want him to continue the bluff.

The raise confused me but I have TPTK and he only has $.03 left...I probably would have raised regardless, but at least this way I get to see a showdown for free (if I'm up against something goofy...
