Had a weird session last night.
Found a table of maniacs on 32red at .25/.50.
I had to adapt my play to win money as their were no preflop raises at all and several call stations so was wary of being outdrawn even though I had best hand.
Managed to double my money in 30 mins though so not a bad night, just frustrating that I cant play my proper tight game because I saw that I could take advantage of them. Not really a great lesson but a chance to adapt I suppose.
For example
im UTG with AA. i call coz I know they will fold to preflop raise.
2 others call and the flop is 9d4s8c. looks good for me
i raise and the calling stations do their stuff
turn 3c, another bet another call, river 2s bet, call
i turn over AA, second player has 10,2o
other has 2h,3d.
Saying that 77 BB/100 over the 3 hours so im not complaining.Statistics: Posted by spoonz — Thu Sep 01, 2005 2:39 am
