1) He's extremely LAG preflop, particularly out of his blinds. I don't want to get into a pissing match against him with a hand that's really worthless if it doesn't hit.
2) Post-flop, he's pretty aggressive and very loose in terms of paying off, so I do want to be in hands against him.
3) I have position on him.
Yeah, T9o is garbage and tossing it would clearly not be a big loss in value. But when I'm against this sort of opponent, I absolutely LOVE to be in pots with him as much as possible, especially in position. He's not invariably a maniac post-flop, but he is aggressive and he will pay off with a lotta shit. So I really thought my most profitable move here would be to get in as cheaply as possible preflop, even if it means pulling the cheesiest preflop move in poker, so that I can get a chance at his constantly moving chips. Tell me whether you think my logic is sound or not.
