For low limit i.e. below 5/10 I would stick to the recommendation piers makes in his "How to beat on line Hole Em" above. It is not a table but if you print it out and just highlight the hands he identifies you can't go wrong. It is a pretty tight starting hand guideline that will work well for a "Back to Basics" situation.
If you want an actual table they are all over the net. I like the starting hand suggestion from SSHE. The tables in this book are a bit looser than Piers sticky but if you play fair post flop you will do ok with it in most on line games 5/10 and below.
