If he re-reraises, I'm done. If he just calls my raise and still bets out on fourth, I'll fold if my hand hasn't improved. But if he just calls and then checks on fourth, I'll throw a bet at him. (Assuming at this point that you're heads-up, of course.)
Backing up, if the raise came from an earlier position, I'll call one raise (not two) if my kicker is somewhat live and higher than his doorcard and if my pair is completely live. If I see one of my paired cards or two of my kickers out on the board, I'll fold it. The point, obviously, is to catch trips or a high two pair on fourth street.
