it is now friday, 48 hours after i was supposed to have my money. still no money. support doesn't return my emails.
i speak to their phone support today. i'm given a vague excuse about another delay, and e-checks taking 5-10 business days instead of the 3-5 i was told. so i should have it between the 19th and the 21st.
i tell the woman on the phone that support never responds to my emails. she tells me that they've been really busy switching to their new network, so they don't have anyone checking the support emails at this point in time.
yet they have someone with enough time to send me an email from the support email address detailing their new wonderful reload bonus.
this is retarded. i've officially given up hope of seeing my $$$ from them.
