Also, I've started experimenting with some adjustments. Considering chucking the old advice "if a hand isn't worth raising it isn't worth playing." I'll dip into it slowly at first.

Also, AXN, think you're quite right about people knowing me. I frequently run into the same group at UB, and its a pretty tight crowd too. Making a transition to PP in the next few weeks.

I'll post stats again after 10k there. Hopefully the VPIP will be a little higher along with the bb/100.

Thanks everyone for all the advice, and I'm still open to any additional comments.

(ii) Even you only VP 10% . you WTSD only 19%?? even you're folding very very easy (Weak) or your opponents know you already too much and won't pay you...

My opinon, (I'm fairly knew to this, so I hope I'm been correct here):

Loose your self much more for FR make it around 20% or so.. check starting hand selection and position articles....

Raise a little bit more preflop,

Bet a little bit more on the turn..

And don't be scare to go to the showdown, you don't need a Monster hand to take down a pot... you only need a better hand than your opponnents hand.

Try getting your VPIP up to 15-20% by limping in with Axs from LP and limping/raising with suited connectors from MP/LP.

You can also limp with Axo and gapped connectors from OTB.

I don't fully understand it all but it seems I've got an averageish bb/100 that I'd like to move up. From viewing some of the other stats around it seems like loosening up in starting hand selection is actually the solution? This seems counter-intuitive to me since I've always learned tight tight tight. I'm a UB player at .25/.5 nl and appreciate any advice on how to correct my game.
