On the 3-legged dogs, I can agree pretty much, although AKQ2 with suited A seems to me actually reasonably strong. AJT2 or AKT2 even suited to the ace, I'm starting to like significantly less.
The quasi-wraps I actually think are pretty important. Ones I don't like are hands like 468T. That just has too many holes in it. Or 4589. I think the 2-gap ruins that one. But, since the bigger ones are better, and to put a little more of a point on it, I think 79TQ is a pretty strong hand.
I do think (more intuitively) that you want your holes at the low end of it: 6 8 TJ seems at least all right to me, but I don't think I'd play 679J.
