My thoughts
- I don't really use the rules anymore. I use PAHUD which gives me more detailed information then an auto rating would.
- I think you can adapt the PLO8 rules to limit. The general ideas should be OK, just the actual number might need a small amount of tweaking. For example I think a good player wins less at showdown in limit in the PL because it can be cheaper to get to showdown.
- A while ago when Party let you data mine and I was still player limit I did a bunch of analysis. You can use that to tweak the PLO8 rule set. The pages are here:
