I'm also currently in the process of trying to sell my company, which is almost as much fun as having surgery to remove a terminal brain tumor, with about the same degree of suceess. Hopefully I won't die on the operating table.
My current goal is to only play when I have the time, energy and PATIENCE (my biggest leak by far) to do so. My trial with playing two $50 tables and one $100 doesn't seem to be working as planned. The style of play between these two levels is a lot more different that I original noticed. At $100, Pre-Flop Raise becomes a standard play for more that half the table. It's also harder to distinguish the "intelligent maniac" from the "idiot maniac". I need to build up to a BR of $2500 or so, then make a clean switch to NL$100. If I blow $1000, I'll move back down to NL$50 and build back up. Rinse/Repeat.
I will also try and post a synopsis of each proper session as a way to debrief myself, and try to drill down why/when I succeeded/failed in a sesssion.Statistics: Posted by AmbushBug — Fri Jan 11, 2008 12:10 pm
