What were you trying to acheive with the min-bet on the flop? Bet at least 1/2 the pot there if you're going to bet. The min-bet doesn't really do anything.
On the turn... now any club or diamond out could be tainted! You have 4 definite clean outs, which is essentially like chasing a gutshot draw. I would have folded right there. You've only invested 300 so far, only have 4 definitely clean outs, and if you miss, you've put in a significant portion of your stack.
As played... river is fine of course.
I would strongly advise reading and re-reading the stickies here to start with. Also pick up some books like Harrington on Hold'Em volumes 1 and 2.
