I really found it helpful and its less expensive than most poker books on the market. The author is best known for his books on BJ. Mason even mentions that in a post over on 2p2.
His ideas on position have really been a help to me. I played a stars 10FPP freeroll in the dark (didn't pay attention to my cards at all) using just his ideas on position and finished around 400 out of 3800 for a small ITM profit.
Very interesting book IMO.

If u live outside USA I would recommend Mansion ( BIG overlays on a daily basis ), party and pacific ( fishtanks ).
PokerXfactor worths every cent.
Playing ABC is enough to lock a profit but learning how to make moves and the countermeasures is what really matters.
