I know it's way too small of a data sample to make any concrete judgements about my play, but I'd still appreciate it if some of you 6MAX guys could look at these stats and see if you can point out anything that looks like it may be going in the wrong direction if I continue like I am. These stats are combined from 3 different limits ranging from .25/.50 up to 1/2. 5MAX and 6MAX.

Well your bottom line of BB/100 is very nice but I think there are probably some areas for improvement but then again I don't play as much SH as some of the guys here so perhaps they can back up or denounce my analysis.

I think you are probably playing slightly too many hands and not raising enough on the ones you do play. Just checking my dbase I raise about 95% of the time I enter the pot not including the blinds. Perhaps this is too much but I just don't limp into pots short handed for the most part.

I think you could probably defend your BB from steals more often which coming from me shouldn't be much of a surprise. I just think you are giving up too much here. What is your BB/100 from the Big blind?

Your steal % could also be quite a bit higher although at those limits you may just not be in a position to do so the majority of the time and thus this number may not be too far off.

Your aggression should be higher on the flop and turn as well in my opinion. Mine is just the opposite of yours with the Flop being the highest (2.5), the turn close to that (2.45) and the river being about (1.5). These numbers are about the same for my full ring game as well. I think that by tightening up somewhat preflop these numbers may very well increase just do to that one factor.

The bottom line is that noone is going to argue with your BB/100 success thus far but as you said this is only a minute amount of hands to draw a conclusion from. Keep us updated every 5K hands or so to your progress and perhaps we can piece together more suitable answers to any questions that may arise. I suppose you have read MK's articles on here that give a pretty darn good synopsis on how to handle SH play in general.
