You should stop playing 6 max limit right now if a 42 big bet loss wrenches your stomach that much. Mecos and I have both dropped over 100 big bets in a single session.

The amount that I lost doesn't get to me so much as the fact that so many of those hands lost to lesser or garbage hands in such a short period of time without any winners. I mean this was 6MAX where I have seen all of those hands win unimproved any many occasions. Also, I feel that you and Mecos are probably MUCH looser players than I am Xaston so I would expect your swings to be much higher than mine. Those losing hands above were almost the only hands I played that session outside of the blinds. I can understand variance and have gone through it before but this bit of it was just so concentrated that it pissed me off royally. It's not like I had a few winning hands mixed in there during this time, I didn't. It was Good hole cards, Lose, Good hole cards, Lose, Good hole cards, Lose, and so on and so on and so on.....

Oh well, I'm over it now anyway. Water off a ducks back and all that right? I'll be back to winning again tonight.

Yeah bro those swings definately come with the 6 max territory. I definately have a little less gamble in me preflop than Xas or MK but recently it is nothing to find myself down 50-70 Big Bets in a 60 minute span only 2 tabling the short handed tables. It also works the other direction of course as well when you are hitting on all cylinders at all the tables
