Am I doing the math right?
I've currently played 4500 hands on .5/1 making 11BB/100. That's $11 per 100 hands. That's the equivalent of making 2.75BB/100 on 2/4, right? Both of them come out to $11 per 100 hands. (And apparently the long-run win-rate for many pro players is around 2BB/100.)
I hear your BB rate declines as you increase in stakes. I know 4500 hands is a small sample, but so far so good. I'm going to stick at .5/1 for another 5k hands and see where my BB/100 is then.
I'd have to jump to 3/6 and make 2BB/100 to make more than I am now at .5/1!
