From my limited experience and from what Mecos has seemed to observe in his playing is that the 20-40 games at Party are pretty prime places. You might do some observing there and see what you think.

I have also had success, albeit in a limited playing time at the 30-60 games on Stars later in the evenings. Always seems to be some donators there.
