Ok, i've got GT+ and I'm mainly (by posting some hands where I'm using the info, checking to see if I'm using it to my advantage, or is it screwing me up...

PokerStars 0.10/0.20 Hold'em (9 handed) from (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q, A.
1 fold, Hero raises, 1 fold, MP2 3-bets, MP3 caps, 4 folds, Hero Folds, MP2 calls.


both MP2 and MP3 are both very TAG players...both have VPiP under 20% (MP2 was at 13% over almost 100 hands) and both had PF raise under 5%. With it getting 3bet and capped before by these two, i figured at the very least I'm up against another AQ and more then likely I'm dominated by AK, KK or AA. I folded (which normally I probably wouldn't do against looser opponents...

Thoughts?

Ok, I must really be screwing up my game. I thought GT would help me play better because my WR was down and I know i've been screwing up some hands (as is obvious from the hands I've posted). So I picked 2 hands from my session this morning to post where I used the data from GT+ to help me make decisions and I still made the wrong ones...

In this example, MP2 and MP3 played to the end and turned over AA and KK respectively. I had thought about calling the cap because i was suited but figured that 5.5:1 wasn't good enough to draw for just the flush...Implied odds would have been extremely hard to calculate because had I flopped the FD and not hit I would have had the odds to call to the end and it would have probably cost me a lot of money (these guys capped both the flop (which was blanks) and 3bet the turn before slowing down...AA held.

I didn't pay attention as to whether I would have hit the flush by the end but like I said, I (based on GT+ data) figured I was dominated by at least one of them and I didn't think 5:5 PO was enough to try for the flush...maybe I need to take a break until i reread SSHE again...
