and I have about 3K hands in my DB, and I am not keeping QTo UTG, but I am trying to play the 3 positions behind the button when possible.

But, your advice seems to be to tighten down even more, and be more aggr. when I have a hand?

I think from what I've seen from other posted numbers here, aggression usually tends to go down as you get towards the river. It's good that yours is going up, but still your numbers are too low. Playing tighter will help this, as by playing only premium hands you'll often have more of a reason to be more aggressive on the flop, but you really need to kick it up a notch. As Sklansky repeatedly says, better to lose a bet than lose a pot. The SSHE tight games starting recommendations are good guidelines on what to play preflop, but you should also consider who your opponents are. If a loose player is the only limper and I'm OTB or SB, I'll come in with some more marginal hands, but if a tight player calls UTG and I'm UTG+1, I'll throw away some decent offsuit hands. It goes into detail about what you should consider in such situations as 1) you have a pocket pair that beats middle pair with an overcard on board, 2) how an ace on board changes a lot of things, 3) how to play two overcards with coordinated/uncoordinated flops, etc. Good luck!
