I think I am calling. I think this the right play in this case since the board is rainbow and you have the nuts. The only scare card is a pairing card but I don't think you can chase out a set here. Instead you can keep in the SB who has a potential over pair and boast your pot. Whenever I do something like this I feel a lump at the back of my throat but I think its the right thing. I suspect the player who has come alive may have something like 99 so he is not folding anyway.

You have the stone cold nuts. The only thing you have to fear here is a T or a J hitting the river allowing someone with QJ or QT to hit a bigger straight. By my calculations, there's $84 (14BB) in the pot when the action gets to you.

I would re-raise it to $18, and see how many come along with me to their doom on the river. Either way, I can't imagine laying this down. If you've got 7 to a flop and 6 to the turn, you're likely to have customers even to a three-bet. If the players are calling stations, you absolutely have to raise. If you think you'll get a bunch of folds (all about table texture), then just calling on the turn would be indicated, only to raise on the river.

Great job. If I had a good idea that someone would cold call two bets behind me, there's no doubt I would call. Not knowing the table texture it's difficult, but that was one hell of a nice pot!

I wouldn't reraise that turn as people respect a 3 bet but not a raise so you get people to chase with you. 3 betting allows them to fold and you don't want that because they will fold if they are drawing dead and calling anyway if they aren't and will pay on the river anyway. Anyone who can beat you will call no matter what so you can't chase away the dead money.
