In hand 1, I think a strong argument can be made for raising the flop, given that 6 players have called back to you. Since you didn't, I like going for the check-raise on the turn as your relative position to the original bettor is good (you have a chance to trap people who will call 1 but might not call two cold...)
BTW three hands beat you on that turn (AA, AJ, KQ of spades)
I would bet the river, call a raise.
Hand 2, depending on if you have a lot of limpers between you and the raiser, I think betting out might get more money in the pot, hoping he'll raise. Very read dependent. More info on position would help in the analysis of both hands.
Since you didn't raise the flop, good turn checkraise. If you do this every time with a set or better on the flop, however, be aware that it is the 'standard' play for most typical online players and any halfway observant player will pick it up...
Again, on the river, I don't know who raised you, I can't really give advice.
Reads would make a huge difference.
