I don't generally know my ass from your elbow about Limit poker, so am basically playing from the seat of my balls... I'm pretty good at playing tighter than these nutballs, and laying down when I'm beat... But, I'm NOT good with maximizing my bets... What's the right play here... There's a Straight flush draw on the board AND it pairs on the river... Did I play this right...?

any reads on villain?

assuming he's not superloose, i think that i would be tempted to jam on the river. the only legit str8 flush hand would be 8c9c. I think that he's much more likely to hold a hand like he has (Q-high or J-high flush) rather than a str8 flush.

if he's a relatively passive player who plays any two suited, i'd be more tempted just to call on the river.

then again, what the hell do i know.
