PokerStars 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with [Jh], [Ad].
8 folds, SB (Donkey-boy) raises, Hero 3-bets, SB (Donkey-boy)/ calls.

Flop: (6 SB) [9c], [Th], [4c] (2 players)
Donkey-boy checks, Hero bets, Donkey-boy calls.

Turn: (4 BB) [5c] (2 players)
Donkey-boy checks, Hero bets, Donkey-boy calls.

River: (6 BB) [3c] (2 players)
Donkey-boy checks, Hero bets, Donkey-boy raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10 BB

Results in white below:
Donkey-boy has 8d Ac (flush, ace high).
Hero has Jh Ad (high card, ace).
Outcome: Donkey-boy wins 10 BB.

Besides taking the hand too far, did I play it wrong? The guy was basically going to call EVERYTHING I threw at him, straight down to the river. He has a 20% VP$IP, 7% PFR, 0.74 AF, WtSD 38%, W$SD 42%.

I almost said "Hell, piers was probably Donkey-boy" but then I took a closer look at the hand...and there's no way piers would raise that river, what with the obvious straight-flush possibilities.

Plus, piers is WAY tighter from the SB than to play A8o...or is he?

And yes, I really overplayed the crap out of that JJ hand--I just didn't believe that they had an ace, let alone both the players. They (or you) just led me down the primrose path to hell.

Gave me rope and let me hang myself. Ended up +$120 for the 2 1/2 hour session--not bad, eh? Especially considering that I was up at one point +160 and down at another -40.

Well, let's just say that if A7s-man is piers, I will disregard everything he has ever said to me about not playing QJs UTG :D
