The first time I ever thought outside of the hand charts, I limped with 44 UTG and flopped quads against 7 other players. Made quite an impression on me

Those games are rare outside of the B&M, but when you regularly have 6 or 7 people going to the flop and very little preflop raising, you can limp with any pair or suited ace from pretty much any position.

I think we all pretty much agree here---after you KNOW it's a passive game, limping with any pair early is what I do (pretty much set or forget), but I don't see those games often, so I haven't played small PP's in EP in quite awhile...

With limper(s) or not, I usually raise with 88 or higher...I hate doing it, but............
