I have been reading from this section of the forum because last month I decided to play (again, I started as a limit player) limit holdem. I started playing 1/2, because my 2000+ BR allow it and because I felt confident. I did very good, with some very crazy swings, ups and downs.
I know I was above 2bb/100 in over 8K hands. I played mostly in AP and party. I found the Ap games tugher than party but still full of calling stations. I played xtreme ABC (very aggressive) but the suckouts did their job anyways....
Now i want to start playing again but I see many threads and players talking about how tough the 1/2 tables are and how 2/4 is easier to beat.
Should I jump the 1/2 tables.? I have more than 2K in my bankroll so I can play even 3/6 if I decided to. I just wouldnt feel very comfortable with a 100BB swing (that would be an almost impossible 12buy ins swing at my regular NL game).
Could I be playing winning poker at 2/4 following the simple strategy posted here as a sticky? I want to bonuswhore a little and try the waters. Some of the criptos bonuses cant be cleared playing 0.5bb NL....
Comments and suggestions, please.
