Made my real money debut today at Empire, could not get my demo version of PT going, but that's another topic.
Started with a .50c-$1 table, got down to about $12 and got back up a little over my $25 starting money at the table, had more available. After three hours it was getting kind of boring, opened another table, got a run of good cards on both tables and had well over a $100 with a $25 bonus I earned. Won some more on both tables and closed out my tables, went to the cashier to see my total money won, plus the bonus, and it said I had $85 avaiable to play and $32 in play. I did not have any other tables open and the most I had been playing was two, even if any were open, which were not, checked my status bar, where the stowed pages are shown, and nothing was open from Empire. Closed Empire out and reopened figuring the money would show up in my account. When I checked my account on reopening Empire the $32 was gone and not in my account. I know I had over $100 when I closed and reopened Empire. Played some more and got down to around $77 later, no more problems so far.

empire hand histories save on your computer so you can double check your numbers. Its in the hand history folder of the empire folder. If you confirm that you should have more, email empire and ask about it.

Okay, have to dig out the instructions on how to do that.
