Consecutive 1/2 Full Tilt hands

Two hands that needed more thought than my usual fare ... I'm not too sure about my play in the first hand, and I played the second hand trickier than I normally do.

** (1) Anyway, first hand I'm in the SB w [Qs] [Js] and complete after 3 limpers. The BB checks, and we're 5 ways.

The flop comes [Jc] [9s] [Qh] with $10 in the pot (I have $240).

I lead into the crowd for $6, my usual play with 2 pair (but probably a bigger bet is called for with this scary board). BB and limper #1 fold, then a real fish with a woman's avatar calls (henceforth Fish Woman, FW; she has $23 and min bets/raises but calls everything). It folds to the button, who calls. The button has $180 and seems reasonable enough, from the little of him I've seen.

So there's 3 players, $28 in the pot, and the turn comes ( [Jc] [9s] [Qh] ) [As] .

So higher 2 pair is now a possibility, in addition to the already made straight. I check, unsure of what to do. FW bets $2 (just to make a change), and now the button wakes up and raises to $15 (enough to put FW all in).

I'm not too wild about my hand now, but I'm pretty sure FW is going to call, so I call ($15 for hopefully $60, with maybe 13 cards I'd like to see). Sure enough, FW calls all-in.

3 players, $75 in the pot, and the river is a blank ( [Jc] [9s] [Qh] [As] ) [6h] .

Button bets out for $30. Yuck! I reckon (i) that looks like a "call me" bet, (ii) he can't knock out FW, so he's not on a busted draw (eg [Ks] ). I fold ... what do people do on the turn/river here? (Results later)

** (2) Pretty unamused with the last hand, I'm dealt [Ac] [Kh] on the button. I raise 1 limper (the button from the previous hand, BPH) to $9, and he calls.

The flop comes [Kd] [8s] [6d] with two players and $21. BPH checks. I've *always* bet these flops, especially with two diamonds, but I decide BPH is quite aggressive (based on the previous hand), and I'd quite like some of my money back :-), so I check behind.

The turn comes ( [Kd] [8s] [6d] ) [Ts] with $21, and BPH leads with $10. I call, hoping to catch a bluff on the end ... probably a raise is better here? In hand (1) he'd shown AK (not [Ks] ) for TPTK, and lost to FW's [Qd] [Jd] .

The river is ( [Kd] [8s] [6d] [Ts] ) [As] , with two players and $41. He bets $20, and I call. He shows [Ah] [Jh] and I take the $81 pot ...

At the time I was pretty pleased with myself, but reading this back I'm not so sure ... his actual hand was about the best I could have hoped for ... at the time I felt he was over-aggressive, so would bet smallish with almost anything (so I could get away from the hand if he bet big): this seemed to be true of the table as a whole.

Anyone else play TPTK in such a trappy way?
