Agreed, i find that my live game is so much more patient than my game online, i never go on tilt to the same extent or have a great problem with concentrating. Why not try to pick one opponent, or maybe two and study them very very closely for a few hands? Really FOCUS, try to put them on a hand every single time, try to second guess what move they'll make when the action comes round from their body language, try to figure out what they may have in their pocket on every single hand.
Gives your mind something to do, keeps you in the "poker" mindset and yet keeps your attention AWAY from your cards and your bad run onto someone else. That way, you divert your focus away from your bad run whilst retaining focus on the game, and improve your read on specific foes into the bargain!
