$1/$2 NL 6 max

I raise to $7 with [8d] in the cutoff. BB calls.

We have no history. Just a few hands ago I raised preflop, he called and folded to my standard flop CB on a normal J74 type flop.

We are both full.

Pot $15. Flop [9h][3d]. He checks, I bet $11 and he min check raises to $22. Ive been getting alot of these paired flops lately and Ive been waiting to see if people will bluff raise them...but Ive had the paired card quite a few of the times and they just keep folding to me. This villain is new to me and has nothing to do with these other paired flops. Its just a general observation.

Anyway, I dont know who or how often people will bluff raise these flops but I do think since I have the flush draw, this is a good spot to reraise him and see what happens since I wont be afraid to call an all in (with flush outs and outs vs his possible 55 type hand). Thoughts?
