I haven't played a whole lot of 25 or 50, but from what I've seen, the play is actually worse at the 50. A lot of the newer players who are at least *Trying* to be good play the 25, and lots of decent players will play too because of how famously soft it is. At 50, you're slightly less likely to see someone throwing their money away, but there are plenty of people there playing completely textbook game. Raise with good hands, fold band hands, etc. I think a good player will make a better BB/100 hands there, with far less variance. Not gonna see someone calling preflop with 67o against your raise all-in raise with AA.
That's just what I've observed from a few sessions of both, though.
