Managed to turn a big win into a moderate win, yeh! Got it all in once 3 way with 95% of the PE (you don't see that much in O8), which held up. Then got really cold decked and got it all in as a severe dog, and lost. Finally got it all in with a coin flip and lost. Besides those three no major hands to report.

Overall I am getting a little more comfortable at 1/2. If only I find more then 1 or 2 good games. *sigh*

On a very nondescript +$47 session my BR just hit the 10K mark. It has been a long journey and I would like to thank everyone who helped me along the way. When I started playing I really sucked (see table below). Then I discovered UPF and broke even, then 2+2 and started winning, and now here and I am soundly beating the game. Monk, Greg, Kuso, Mute, Tom, and others have been instrumental in improving my game so thanks.

A summary of my poker journey by winrate (and hopefully encouragement for any posters / lurkers who are struggling):

First 4 months (learning to how to play): 0.2 $/hr
Next 4 months (discovered bonus whoring and started to beat low limit poker): 3.1 $/hr
Next 5 months (learned about PLO8): 8.8 $/hr
Next 13 months (graduated undergrad): 20.1 $/hr
Next 4 months (started grad school): 6.8 $/hr
Next 4 months (decided grad school and poker don’t mix): 0 $/hr
Last 4 months (last semester of grad school): $48 / hr

Before the immoral minority shuts down internet poker there are still a few things I would like to accomplish
- Hit 20K in roll
- Bring my overall (since day 1) winrate over $20/hr
- Have my table winnings surpass my bonus whoring winnings
- Break 10K in PLO8 winnings.

Hopefully those goals will be accomplished a little more smoothly then the previous ones.

Found 3 really good NL $200 games, played well, and caught some cards (I won my 65% vs 35%). Overall, I took down a little more then 1.5 buys so all in all a good day. I am starting to feel like I know how to play this game, my reads are getting better (sans the top 2 hand I posted) and I am not having the CS tendencies that I had when I started my come back. But most importantly I am still playing agressive and stealing a ton of pots. I remember when I first started playing my W$SF was around 26, and now it hovers around 35. My agression numbers have come down a little bit but I think that is because I am being smarter with my agression.

I had been pushing around the table so it was a matter of time before someone played back at me. Since this was 5 way it was likely that he didn't do it with an AA hand (most likely another A2). Also I had a pretty good read on this guy so I was around 60% sure I was going to take it down which is a good bet.

My opponent was a tight player so that river bet is soooo easy.

The one thing I want to re-examine is how bit my bluff bets are. I don't think I have been using the 1/2 - 2/3 bluff as often as I should. I think I have been BTP too much which means I have to get folds more often for it to be profitable.

Some things to note
- Since 9/1 I have usually been playing 1 or 2 tables of SHed so I have tightened up my FR game to concentrate more on the SHed tables.
- The sample sizes aren’t big enough yet but I think I can make over 10PTBB/100 playing SHed at the $100s and $200s
- I was really bad playing HU when I started
- Anyone know how to get agression #s with a filter?
- My FR W$SF hasdn't gone up as much as I though (I think this is why Kuso wanted to see the filtered number )
- I need to get more SHed hands in.
