Rather rocky session today. Made at least one total misplay of QQ overpair. I'll discuss it below.

Hand 1: History: villian is a TAG and had 3 bet from the same position the round before, I called, he checked the T high flop, and folded to a bet. So, QQ in CO 4 handed and I open to 8, SB villian raises to 24 and I call. Starting stacks: he had 176 and I covered. He leads 32 into 50 on a 953 two tone flop...I push, he calls...AA.

Based on my history, I should've just folded this flop. His range is basically JJ-AA and I'm way behind that range here. AK seems out since last time I figure that's what he had when he check-folded.

There was at least 1 other hand I was unsure of, but I can't find it. Oh well.

What a horrible horrible horrible day. Mix in a little bad play with a shit run of cards AND a lot of bad beats, and you get a really bad day. Sure it was "only" -3.5 buy ins...but it was >3.5k hands

Hand 1: This came later in the session. I had just stacked villian about 5 min earler with AA vs KK for 1.5 stacks. I start with 890, he has 186. 5 Handed, CO raises to 8, I call with 44, villian in BB calls. Flop comes J64 two tone and he leads 16 into 25...I raise to 42 and he calls. Turn is a 3 keeping it two tone. He checks, I fire 70, he CRAIs and I obv call. River Q bringing a back door flush...and his KJs MADE A BACKDOOR FLUSH. Nihan donky.

Hand 2: Villian is a TAG and we both have position on this UBER donk who has 1500. I have 180 and villian covers. Donk CO limps, vililan on button makes it 10, I raise to 31 with KK, donk folds, villian just calls. Flop comes J74 two tone...and I check. Why did I do that?! If he bet, I'd CRAI, but he checked and the turn brought a Q. Now the board is starting to suck, I only beat AQ type hands and TT. I check (I could bet/fold to a push here), he bets 35 and I call. River blanks, I check call his quick push...thoughts?

I misplayed this hand for sure. What do you do if I CB for 50 and he pushes for 120 more?

Hand 3: JJ utg and I raise to 8, 3 callers (CO, OTB, SB). Flop T76 two tone. I check this horrible flop and try to play it slow. CO bets 17 into 31, sb uber donk from hand before calls, I call. CO villian is a TAG and I thought he could be making a move...and here's where I do something REALLY stupid. Villian checks, I fire pot (85), CO pushes, donk folds, I call. He had KK...wtf? I really misplayed this one...my STANDARD play is if I'm not going to cb, then I shut down. I may call the CO's bet (like I did), but if he fires the turn, I have to fold. Leading is really stupid. Yikes.

Hand 4: 98o in bb, UTG limps and uber donk OTB min raises, I call, UTG calls. 973r, I check, UTG bets 10, donk calls, I call to evaluate. Turn is beautiful 8, I check, UTG checks, donk bets half pot 21.50, I CR to 60, he calls. River pairs the 3, BAD card...and I check-call half pot 80.50...he flips AA. WEAK!

Hand 5: QQ sb, mp limps, OTB limps, I make it 10, only OTB calls. Flop 864r, I check planning to CR (kinda stupid, actually), he checks. Turn pairs the 4, I bet 13, he min raises, I raise to 59, he pushes, I call. Villian started with 152, I covered. He had 75s for a flopped straight.

Sometimes I sure play bad. At one point, my goal for the session was to finish down 400. I got to 320, then lost a hand...THEN the Hand 1 happened which woulda put me -100 or so, and I prolly woulda quit happy as a clam...but I lost it too

THAT'S more like it!

Shorter session partly cuz my back is sore from yesterday's marathon and I have housework to do. It's SO sunny out and golf would be great, but it poured the last two days and it'd be too wet to go out.

Hand 1: Villian has 370, I have 300. Villian is TAG, in the SB. I open KQs OTB both blinds play. Flop QQ3 two tone, villian leads POT, I think and call. I COULD raise here, but I'm not sure wtf he's doing. I wouldn't expect him to lead out with AQ or ANY Q for that matter, nor 33. This is usually something like 77-TT. Turn 5 keeping it two tone (so dbl FD out there). He checks, I fire 45 (3/4 pot), he CR's to 120. I just call. I'm REALLY confused now!! Now I'm starting to worry about 33 or 55. River 2s which would bring a flush...he insta pushes and I call...THOUGHTS?!?!

Hand 2: AKs in BB, full stacks, villian is 25/21 over 150 hands. UTG loose donk calls, vilian raises to 10, I just call...thoughts? I don't know how I feel about 3 betting this here OOP...roy? We're HU and flop comes K93r (one of my suit), I check planning to CR the turn, he bets 14 and I call. Turn 7 of 4th suit, I check, he bets 26 into 51, I CR to 86, he pushes and I call my last 92 (obv). Here I'm REALLY hoping he doesn't have AA since that's really possible. River blanks, I win, he mucks...KQ? KQ prolly. Thoughts?

Hand 3: KK bb, mp limps, OTB limps, sb completes, I raise to 12, mp raises to 34 (no reads on villian), and it's folded to me...Here's a spot where I'm QUITE sure this isn't AA, mp = CO here and no one tries a limp/rr from here. Villian started with 152 and I covered. I just call planning to CRAI the flop. Flop J92 two tone, he fires 65 into 70, I CRAI, he calls. Turn 8, river 5, MHIG since he has T9s...LOLCASHAMENTS
