Been a while between posts, not much to report other than I am playing more aggressive once again, passive nut peddling in boring and not profitable.

Current Bankroll: $3250 (Party) + 3400 (Cake) = $6650
Cashed Out Profits: $7000

Had a little fun playing NL20 with Pok7's, Stickdude and Spank_Her_Pair who also dropped in for some LAGtard fun times.

Was basically raising every hand, 3betting whenever I had the chance and pounding away at two tables. Ended up winning around $170 in 1.5 hours, which is a fair whack in BB terms. Transfered $40 back to Stickdude since it didn't feel right taking two stacks from him in a big all in pot where I hit my flush draw vs his perfectly played 2 pair.

I might continue the LAGtard experiment at NL50 and maybe NL100 and see how it goes, probably tightening up just a little preflop for each. It was very fun.

I think you will have to verify your Moneybookers account by sending $10 or so from your bank to Moneybookers. That will also increase your limit and you will be able to withdraw to that account with no questions asked in the future.

One thing I picked up from last night is that limpers need to be punished mercilessly -

Hand #1290011426000171: Calgary (6-Max) 11426
Seat 1: Xuxuwang (10.05 in chips)
Seat 3: Mark575 (14.85 in chips)
Seat 4: stickdude (19.70 in chips)
Seat 6: rekop redrum (22.00 in chips)
Seat 8: nutz4me (13.82 in chips)
rekop redrum: posts small blind $0.10
nutz4me: posts big blind $0.20
Dealt to stickdude [ [6h] [Kd] ]
Xuxuwang: calls
Mark575: folds
stickdude: raises to $0.90
rekop redrum: folds
nutz4me: folds

*** FLOP *** [ [5d], [Th], [As]. ]
Xuxuwang: checks
stickdude: bets $2.10
Xuxuwang: folds
stickdude: returns uncalled bet $2.10
*** SHOW DOWN ***
stickdude: mucks
stickdude wins $2

(he flashed 66 when he folded :))

Just started playing this table, and I'm already up 25 BB without making a single pair (or going to a single showdown) :D

Finally managed to sort out a suitable cashout option via cake, after shuffling parts of my bankroll around over the last week or two I've finally got $1000 on its way to my bank account and the rest back in my cake account for the time being.

I think ill cash totally out of party since I'm not really interested in playing there anymore.

Current Bankroll: $2250 (Party) + 6700 (Cake) = $8950

Sunday's session = goot, +$550 or so even though I hit more than my fair share of bad beats, no point relating them really since my money went in good when I knew it was going in good.

I did make one sick call vs a rather aggro villain:
NL400, effective stacks 100BB.
5 way limped pot, I complete with A3s in the SB.

Flop ($20) [2h][4h][5c]
I check, aggro villain bets $20, one caller, I raise to $70, aggro villain calls, other player folds.

Turn ($180) [Kh]
Ugh, I lead for $90 and call villains insta-shove.

He tables [8h][6c] and I rake in a tasty pot after the river blanks.

Thought process: if he made his flush he does not shove the turn, I had a decent read that he tends to play his draws and air very fast but is somewhat more passive with monster hands. And yes I know my flop CR was too small.

I finally cashed out totally from party poker since I really do like playing with rakeback. Also I didn't like the way they handled my attempt to deposit from neteller, play a bit then use a different cashout option, if they didn't want to allow such a move it should have been made clear rather than giving me the run around and "holding" my money for a week or more.

One difference I have noticed between my NL200 and NL400 game is that in the former I tend to slowly grind up to a decent (read big) stack, constantly winning small and medium sized pots, bluffing at appropriate times and so forth. At NL400 I tend to slowly bleed chips until I hit a home run pot, rinse and repeat. The players at NL400 are definitely more aggressive and not as easy to exploit, but I do wonder if I'm still having troubles adjusting to the dollar value of the pots at the higher level.

Good handreadaments:

Player is usually passive, a few orbits earlier he was passive with a set vs my top pair on all streets, the turn was fishy and I decided to back my gut feel on the river, I think thats my best hand reading to date.

Running and playing goot, +$600 or so at NL200.
