That sucks
I would first off make the raise to 15-18 preflop. I think a bet of 35-40 is better on the flop as played. A check is probably not terrible as the original raiser has broadway and is drawing super thin. The button is the BIG problem in this hand.
Also I would bet 65 on the turn instead of CR all-in. This flop is really bad against the buttons range. He could have sets or something like SC and one gappers. You have been at the table a while I assume (which I think I was at as well, this is cake right?) and know his range is really wide.
I really think this is a pot control situation more than anything else. I might even bet/fold the turn a large percentage of the time. T7 is a bit suprising, I would think it would be 97, 98, 57, 69, 68, maybe T8d, and all the sets, but a bunch of his range beats overpairs.
