I have not played as much poker as I would like over the last 2 days. About 3 hours each on Monday and Tuesday. Monday I was up 72 GBP at 3/6 LHE at Interpoker in a 20 minute session, followed up by an evening at stars where I played 25PLO 3 tables for an hour and a half for up 1.5 buy-ins. Tuesday, I played an evening session of Stars PLO, three tables, 2 at the 25s and one at the 50s. I got stacked early at the 50, then again at one of the 25s, but came back and finished the session down $16. I have noticed that the stars reload clears at a snail's pace at the PLO 25s and 50s. I also had another glass tapper at one of the 25s last night. Went on and on about PokerTracker. Now, I realize that I would probably not be posting here today if not for a glass tapper, but honestly, people should not be doing that. The chat went something like:
WOW, I have never seen anything like that in 187,462 hands that I have played on this site!

I've been reading your journal, and while I don't think you and I play the same games, I think what you're doing is great and you've made some great contributions to this forum so far. What is your handle on B2B? I play alot in those 2-4 limit SH games as well. Been a real nice chap by the name of PatzeBest on there the last couple of days that is a joy to play with If you see him and want to burn through some VIP just hop on the table and he'll help you get them cranked right out and perhaps even drop a ducket or two in your stack from his raising 35 sooooooooooooooted UTG.

I spent the weekend at the in-laws with limited internet access, but was able to play in the local card room. I had a down session at 4/8 LO8, where I suspect that I fell victim to some sort of collusion, although it is possible that the regulars are just truly bad players that softplay each other but pump their lows when an outsider is in the pot and it is pretty clear that they are getting quartered. So I left.

I am going to finish the 24h bonus in the next day or two, I already had a good showing there this morning at a full ring 2/4 limit game. You have to love it when someone calls you down with TPNK when you have been betting all the way and the board ends up . My flush was good.

What a difference a day makes.

I dropped $260 yesterday, mostly at 2/4 and 3/6 LHE. I had a lot of 2nd best hands. I would proceed to trap myself with my aggressive play. Apparently some players fear my game enough that they will call down with an overpair when I three bet the flop on an uncoordinated board with TPTK. One even called down with bottom set. Most telling stat for yesterday's LHE - Won$SD - 22%. The day before it was 77%, so I guess it all evens out. I also played in two 10+1 mega MTTs, one at Party and one at Stars. Busted out of the Party MTT on a coin flip at the 45 minute mark after becoming a short stack when I got all in preflop against a shortie with AKs vs. his 55 and I did not improve. Lose 2 coin-flips, and out. Busted out of the Stars MTT at the 2.5 hour mark with QQ against a maniac. I made 5x PFR from CO, he called from BB. Flop was 8 high rainbow. He pushed. He had been doing this a lot, and I figured to have the best hand most of the time, so I called. He flips up 99. River is a 9 and I am out.

Bright spots yesterday - I am still beating the PLO 25s, and was up another buy-in two tabling for an hour and a half. I played in a Party $5 shootout and bubbled out at final table on final round, finishing 4th. It is the deepest I have made it in that tourney, but I did pick up $45 at levels 1 through 3 so not a total bust.

I am going to work on PLO, since I can't believe what a nutpeddling CS I really am. Look for a post in the Omaha section today with the gory detail.
