Went out again last night, 2 hrs 2/3 PLO +200; 3 hrs 1/3 200 max NL, +265. I heard a rumor that Roy's night did not go as well. . .

The PLO game was nothing really special, so when both stacks to my left got deepish I decided it was time to play something else. I went to another cardroom and the 3/5 game had a list a million miles long, so I begrudgingly sat in the 1/3 game. I almost immediately lost a 130 stack when TT < Q3s in a raised pot where I got c/r'ed AI on an 8 hi flop and called the $70 I had left. I reload and about this time an action player sits in. I build my 200 up to 340 or so when the following happens:

I an in MP with 88. Mr. action has been raising very liberally and covers so I just call, not wanting to get priced out for set value. Mr. action only calls. BB checks, $7 in the pot after $3 drop. Flop is 865 monotone diamonds. BB checks, I lead $10. Mr. action min-raises me, BB folds, I call. Pot $47 and the turn is the beautiful . I check, he bets $20. I min raise to $40 (YES I CHECK MINRAISED THE TURN WITH A MONSTER LOL) He thinks for about 0.004 seconds before shoving. I double fist pump call, and he has J3dd. I proudly outdonked the donk

After the heebish holiday, I went out (after sundown you guys. . . plz) to the local 1/3 game, which I am becoming enamored with even though I hated it last week. Sat in the 3/6 game for half an hour waiting for my 1/3 seat, -$15. Played 3 hours of 1/3 NL, +$496. I am starting to draw some of the attention of the floor/dealers/regulars since I have been running white hot. No, Trump, I don't think $115/hr is sustainable. . . but it is nice when it happens over a week long period. But I have had a bad run at life lately, and running hot at poker is definitely welcome.

I don't even really remember any particularly remarkable hands. Just value bet the shit outta hands and get paid. Charge obvious flush draws, fold if they hit and fire if they miss. Gamble with the table gamblers. Lather, rinse, repeat. Live poker is easy.

5.5 hrs. 1/3 NL -$962. Got all in in a big hand with top 2 v. an over pair and he spiked a set on the river. Got called on a couple big bluffs. AKs < 53 on a A42 flop. quick way to go down 3 buy-ins.
