My suggestions after running about as badly as you are for 6 months:
1.Reread the Theory of Poker and the NL Sklansky book.
2. Take a small break. Even if it's just a day or two.
3. Go down to 1/2 for a small while to gain your confidence back. It sucks to move down. I hate it. I still hate it. But the players aren't as good, the variance isn't as pronounced, and it's a lot easier to rebuild your game and confidence there.
4. Reread the Theory of Poker.
