A few brief updates:

The package with the rest of my computer components has arrived! I'll have to ask the manager for the WEP key tomorrow.

Thursday I move into my new place! It's $550/month including utilities/internet. I'm living with one other person and we have to share the bathroom. Meh. We'll just use it at different times, whatever. I mostly chose this place because of the location - only a few miles from some beautiful areas, and only a few miles from Jon.

Jon and I have become better friends than ever before. We tite, yo.

About three days ago I also (once again) decided to give up pot, for good this time. I haven't enjoyed the highs as much lately, and I've been having a lot of paranoia/anxiety with my highs the past few weeks. I guess I need the government stash like in American Beauty.

Rana has been extremely helpful and supportive with me moving here. She's awesome.

I pretty much have no free money anymore, so I'm getting a job (or two) as soon as possible. I can't wait until NetTeller completes my withdraw request from like a month ago... I have nearly $1500 in poker monies waiting for me. I need that baddd to pay off my looming credit card bill, which I recently maxed out (only $1000 credit line).

I'm starting to really love it here in LA. I've become a more confident and cheerful guy. The traffic is hectic and the roadways are confusing, but I'm adjusting to it well. I also started skateboarding again - I intend on doing this regularly for short-travels instead of driving through the mess. It'll be good exercise, saves money, and will be more peaceful. In some cases, it probably is faster to skate than drive!

If Roy and ED weren't like 350 miles away I'd swing by and visit them. MK, once I get a job again and start raking in the mad monies, I'll hit up Commerce with you.

Apparently I haven't made it very clear: I am not totally gay. One word: boobs.

EP Sacramento is more like 500 miles from you. Either way congrats on you move. You should really like So. Cal especially being a vegan. A couple years ago my family took an east coast trip with my ex who was a vegetarian and it was amazing how hard it was to find anything vege friendly, I guess she got pretty spoiled by living in Cali. Best of luck with the job search. If I ever get some free time maybe we can meet up at commerce, I am only about 90 miles away, though as you seem to have already found, in So Cal traffic 90 miles can be 75 min or 3 hrs depending on time of day.

I now have a job! It's only temporary and I could be there 3 days or 3 weeks. I had my first shift there earlier today. It's the warehouse portion of a restaurant chain called Panda Express down here in LA. I basically do data-entry and packaging for $9/hr, yippee!

Now some good and bad news. Good news: I got the DSL equipment to get connected online. Bad news: thanks to my douchebag of a landlord it won't work through the phone line until he gets someone to fix it.

One last positive note: I did E again a couple nights ago. Best drug ever, seriously.

Ep9 how has the no pot thing been doing?

ive seriously smoked twice in like 6 weeks. Both times it was not enjoyable, i was already totally shit faced drunk and the skunk just knocked me into oblivion. meh. maybe taking super bong hits aint such a good idea whilst nearly pissed to death.

Panda express is tyte. Ive had it once while in vegas at the forums at Ceasers and it was pretty sweet.

9/hr is also pretty tyte.

What can u do with sign language training? get a job helping teh deaths communicate with the living?
