welp, won backk all that i lost, bankroll is up to $1017 again. its really hard for me not to sit down at the 50nl tables right now. many of the donks from the 25nl tables have moved up to lose their money 2x as fast, and i want to get some of that. but i want to be disciplined about my bankroll, and about pretty much everything in poker, so im going to wait until $1250.

guess that puts december at $370

i should have a ton of time to play between xmas and new years, since the gym is closed for that whole time.

oh yeah, i enrolled in a spanish class at the local JC so i can talk smack to MK in his native tongue. and to meet girls. hopefully that wont cut into my poker time too much. guess since i already have my college degree i can just get F's if it comes to that.

after a bruising attempt at 50nl on UB, i decided to go back down to 25nl and keep working on my game and rebuild my roll again. i cashed out my previous bankroll, and im starting with a 500 dollar deposit at doyles room. my plan is to move up to 50nl when i get to 1250, just like last time. but this time, i want to have at least a 7.5ptbb/100 winrate. i am playing at tribeca this time, because the games seem fishier.

my first session was short and nice. 370 hands 3-4 tabling at 45ptbb/100. for a $68 dollar win.

this makes the bankroll $568, and starts the win rate off right at 45.8ptbb/100

yesterday and on xmas my money was all tied up between sites and neteller, so i downloaded this game x-com and played it for like 30 hours straight no joke. i had a cold and there wasnt anything else that i wanted to do and the game is super fun.

anyway i have been skipping work because its raining and im sick, so i *must* go tomorrow or i will surely be fired. so im going to bed.

It looks like you are having a great month. Let me ask a quick question because I am kinda new. When you say 25NL and 50NL what are the blinds? I play at PS and have not seen any 25NL or 50NL.

the blinds for 25nl are like .10/.25 (.10/.20 on tribeca) and the blinds for 50NL are .25/.50. commonly the big blind is 1/100th of the buyin, so a standard 100nl game would have a BB of 1 dollar

today, i played 3 sessions. i got in 1500 hands, which is good for me. i won $30, which is ok considering i was pretty card dead, and lost a stack on a nasty hand where QQ<<QJ. meh.

my ptbb/100 was sad though, at only 4.5.
