just some comments on your general style.

first, running lukewarm for 600 hands happens. you shouldn't let it get to you.

second, when you hit your rush, you should know that you were getting rewarded for your patience. nicely done.

third, the two $75 losses seem to be a common theme for you. the first one is almost understandable (set over set happens) unless you KNEW he was a rock who didn't get aggro without the nuts. the second one, though, you've got to learn how to let that go. i don't know the specifics of the situation, but three-way hands with lots of action are usually death for an overpair. you better be REALLY certain of your reads before you call. given that it cost you your stack, this very well may be a big leak in your game. not sure, just sayin'. something to think about. i'd review your play with big PPs in PT (esp. the ones you lost) to see if you can see a trend.

I have to admit I have been getting involved in huge pots with overpairs. I usually dont do it, I learned to let them go maybe more than I should. I really hate getting the pot too big with just an overpair. I have to admit I knew I was behind at least to one of the villains. I was right and made the call. I think it was because I was really mad at my all in call with the set because even on that one, I knew better.

As I said, I think I played quite well because I handled the cold cards very well and I think I played quite well when the cards started coming.

I feel good even when things didnt end as i had planned . It was a winning day and that is all I need for the moment. Later I will think about high win rates...

Thursday Feb 9th.

Lost 160 today. No cards at all...although I was feeling very nice because I had three sets in exactly 1190 hands.

Hand #1.
I am dealt J7 in the BB. Three limpers and I check.

Flop. $4. T 8 9. two clubs. Wow. I lead with $5. MP1 calls and MP2 calls.

Turn. $16. 2. I lead with $16 now. MP1 folds and MP2 calls.

River. $46. 8. I dont like that card and dont know what to do. I lead with 16 and he raises to $35. That kind of playing is always a monster on this limits. it was $19 more to win 90+ so I called.

he had QJ for the flopped nut str8.


Hand2.

This was my penultimate hand. This was my second KK in a row and right before the first KK I had AA. I had raised to $5 and was folded all times. Now I raise to $6 and got one caller.

FLOP. 6 3 T. I was first to act and decided to push. I felt it was a really good time because those consecutive raises help a lot. Villain called with 33 and doubled up. Llucky for me I had 120 and only had $70.

At this point I feel a lot of frustration but I am also happy because I played quite well today. I just cant believe I cant win with how well I played. I had to let go two pairs and even one set. I did it with no problem. I felt good about my game and was up more than 200 at some point, most of it coming from one paid set and a couple $60 pots I made with TPTK and two pairs.

Monday Fen 13th.

I hit one set in 665 hands and I wasnt paid. Anyway, I hit two pairs a lot of times and never lost any big pots, so it was a great session. I cleared almost $30 today in bonus and I am done with it! I will try to find out another tribecca site to bonuswhore because the gameplay really suits my style/mood (about poker). Good day again. I might play tonight if I feel like it...although I doubt it.
