Yeah i'll be here until June. Beyond that depends on how things go regarding me possibly staying on for a phd.

I dont really play live a lot since i dont really have free time in big chunks - just a few hours an evening. I used to play at the Bay101 semi-regularly last year. Recently discovered Artichoke Joe's though and really enjoyed playing there, plus its closer, so i might be playing there instead in the future. I've only been to Joe's once though, so i'm a little uncertain on how good the game selection is on average.

Alright, i'll admit i just take immense pleasure in mizorly moves like 3 betting the turn with air and stealing pots from the tighties. Unfortunately although i'm good enough to do that in limit, its a teensy bit -ev for me in NL. Hence and therefore and perhaps consequently, i am not enjoying NL.

Bah. So i was supposed to pull an all nighter to finish up some work i've been letting slip and played 4 hours of poker instead. Up a solid $22 playing 3/6 limit.

Time to work.

Ugh, lost $130 playing some 3/6 so am down to $490 on prima and thats all the money I have at a site. This neteller bs really sucks balls. Apparenly it'll take two weeks for me to get the rest of my roll back from NT, so i'm pretty screwed for the rest of jan unless i run it up. At least i have a click2pay account already set up, so it isnt a total disaster. Anyway, will probably just take it easy on the poker for the next few days. I have a stack of 18 papers i need to read for at some point this term so might as well do some real work. Also picked up a couple of books - maximum city and the the stranger - so i'll be expanding my mind and shit. And if that fucking Bill Chen book arrives i might do some poker reading while i'm at it.

Aye MK, I always knew a some who spells as creatively as you has gotta be a closet literature fiend. A closet something at any rate. But yeah, I really like most of his other stuff, but somehow managed to never get around to reading this one.
