You're preaching to the chior on that one bro. I've already had that experience on multiple occasions. The man knows how to play poker period. Doesn't really matter what game. He's been doing it quite awhile.

LOL, Word Of Warning, he aint shy about taking your money either. In that respect he is a true poker pro as he doesn't think of you as a friend at the table and therefore take it easy on you. Yeah, he's friendly but if you do something stupid he's gonna make you pay for it. But that's a learning experience too. So far it's been a fairly cheap lesson as he's only walkin around with about $30 - $40 of my money. But I'd rather him have it than some damned donk who sucked out on me to get it. At least I learned something while losing it. Off the poker table, can't say he wouldn't give you the shirt off his back.

I love sitting at tables with guys like Piers if for no other reason than just the learning value. I haven't sat with most of the other great players we have here at BTP (yet), but the ones I have played with like Piers, Xaston, MVP, bobby and others (sorry if I left any of you out, it's late), have all made my game better even when they beat me. Lately I have had a bit of coaching from MVP and Piers on my NL game and I cannot believe the difference it's made. Just take a look at the 1st page of my journal and compare the 1st week of March to the month of February. I mean HOLY SHIT!!!!!, it took me 27 days to dig that hole last month and only 6 days this month to climb 80% of the way back out of it!!!! That didn't just happen because I played the same as I was playing and the variance just started to go the other way, that was mainly caused by those 2 Pokuh Playuh's learnin' me how to play bettuh for the most part. And now I have Briachek helpin to learn me some better moves too! Can't wait to see how that effects my game!

I think I love Tribeca. New skin today, same result. BoSPoker, 4 winning tables, 2 losing ones. Winning outweighed the losing by $70 and I cleared over a sixth of the bonus in the first day.

This next statement is not as gay as it might sound. It's actually true!

MVP is my own personal lucky charm! I call him "Chief Bunny Foot" now. He took a coupla bucks off me tonight cuz I'm still a donk, but I swear, all the guy has to do is sit down at my table and I IMMEDIATELY start winning on that table even if I had been losing horribly before he got there. He doesn't even have to play for it to work either! If I ever go to Vegas he is staying in my hotel room for free whether he wants to or not! I just hope the hookers to keep him happy don't cost too much. You like the $5 ladies (or semi-ladies) don't ya MVP?

Briachek did some HH critiquing for me but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. We also chatted on AIM a bit and from the sounds of it I need to tighten up a little bit even though my VP$IP is only about 2% high than his. But hey, if it works, and I win more, I'm all for it! I'm sure the HH critiquing will also help.

We went to dinner with the wifes brother after I got off work since he was in town. Then when I got home I played an hour and 20 minute 4 table session at Tribeca after reading all the stuff on BTP first. Damn you guys post a lot of stuff!

Played with Godlike on one of my tables. That A-hole sits down and almost immediately stacks a dude to double up after i had been sitting there for what seemed like forever without getting a damned hand! Thank god for 2 out of 3 of my other tables! Overall, I posted a nice $100+ for the session. Even though I lost money on 2 of the tables. Here's my favorite hand of the night:
