you have 6 big blinds and 77 otb. this is a dream situation for a short stack. you need to just flat push preflop. your min raise is absolutely pointless, and is only leaving someone who might want to play a mediocre hand a chance to do so. that being said, even if you flat push, the SB should repush over you with A8 against a button raise.

finding yourself in a race situation with a stack as small as that is a great opportunity late in a tourney.
