Agreed with Tek except if he has AA he does not have you beat and there's a good enough chance of that to make it worth maybe calling the raise.

KK34 can be good to play if you can drive the betting -- you'll often be ahead draws or have outs (for half or better) against most made hands. as a pure showdown hand, it's not really that good without significant impovement.
