if i have not limped or i'm in a blind, i treat a min raise as a limp and don't call with anything i wouldn't have limped with anyway. If you limped already, you obviously have a good enough hand to call the raise. If you are in the blinds, i loosen up a bit but you don't want to loosen up too much especially if you are not confident postflop as you are gonna be out of position with more marginal hands. It does feel like you are bleeding out a lot but when you hit, you win a decent pot. Remember my big hand at paradise when we were at the same table when i was stuck between a min raising sb and a limp min raising mp and i won a 2+ buy in pot. (Of course, I might not have been ahead but that much through that hand as i haven't checked the HH.)
